Sarah Spinner, Psy.D. (PSY 25225), is a clinical psychologist, executive coach, certified clinical hypnotherapist, and writer. Dr. Spinner has extensive clinical experience working with a diverse client population in a variety of treatment settings, including San Francisco General Hospital/UC San Francisco Trauma Recovery Center, UC San Francisco Employee Assistance Program, Marin County Community Mental Health, and Seneca Family of Agencies.
She works with adults, teenagers, children, couples, and families dealing with a broad range of concerns including interpersonal conflict, body image struggles and eating disorders, intimate partner violence, substance use, post traumatic stress disorder, stress management, anxiety, and depression. In addition to her work as a therapist and writer, Dr. Spinner leads trainings and workshops on a variety of clinical topics for adults, teenagers, clinicians, and caregivers. She also serves on the advisory committee of Elevate Oakland.
